The Supreme Court opened the October 2003 term with a "Non-Argument Day" on Monday,
October 6, 2003. The Court began hearing arguments on Tuesday, October 7, 2003. The
Court has currently scheduled cases for hearings through December 10, 2003. The Court
will continue scheduling cases for hearings through April 28, 2004.  Cases are listed below
